How I helped my client Studio N Medspa boost bookings for their high ticket service packages, engagement, and brand visibility through strategic paid advertising via Facebook.
Increase bookings for high ticket services: Full-face harmonizing injectables and comprehensive skin treatments. (Intro level package $1,200-$2,100, Mid Tier $3,00, Premium Tier $5,000)
Copy Approach: Educational meets aspirational; focused on beauty transformations, confidence, and industry expertise. Selling the feeling and transformation not the treatment itself.
Content Creatives Approach: Analyzed the brand’s existing Instagram content to identify which creatives were already performing best across still posts and reels. Discovered that transformational content consistently delivered the highest engagement and interest, especially in video format. Leveraging this, we honed in on their top-performing still images and compiled dynamic video reels that showcased the strongest before-and-after results.
Targeting: Local women 25–45 with interests in skincare, beauty treatments, and/or medical aesthetics. Ran retargeting campaigns to nurture their warm leads that were still gathering information and/or searching who to buy from by asserting experience and expertise with company awards and nominations.
Budget Breakdown: Set clear monthly ad budgets and broke them down weekly to stay agile and data-driven. The initial spend focused on broad audience targeting with minimal daily budgets, allowing the Facebook pixel to gather valuable data and optimize.
Once we identified audience segments that engaged with the ads—particularly those who had interacted with content or visited the website within the last 15–30 days—we doubled down on daily budgets for retargeting campaigns. This layered approach ensured we maximized conversions by re-engaging warm leads who had already shown interest, all while keeping the front-end acquisition cost efficient.
